8-9 in the box and CB on an island

we have the talent to do this!

if we do not get gashed early this may be a winnable game. at least more winnable than most people think.

now our if offense matures with grothe and is balanced we may be able to score on them. and force them to throw more.

i think with a good scheme and execution and no stupid mistakes we have the talent to steal one.

We dont have the coaching and discipline though.

Grothe will do well in this offense.  He ran the same type of offense in HS.  Although he doesn't have quite the speed as Hill, he has a better overall command of the offense and isn't a slouch running either.  He'll do just fine.

How many times have you seen him play at RJS?  Zero you say.  The kid is a freshman so give him some time before putting your constant negativity on him.  Carson Palmer wasn't the great early and look how he turned out.

Some of you are unbelievable...just unreal...all is good.   2 tenths of a sec. in the forty between Hill and Grothe. Hell, talk about Gregory or something Hill is way long gone and cant play QB at Juco was being moved to WR even before the arrest. The O is fine, the coaches are fine and the BULLS ARE FINE!!

Agreed.  Why are we still talking about Hill.  That guy has been in trouble since before he even set foot on the USF campus.  The realistic chance of him coming back to USF (my guess, at least) is slim.  And even if he does, it won't be at QB.

I'll grant you that the case of young Mr. Hill is incredibly frustrating, though.  >
