many stadiums do this

at a football game i dont think a baby will be too noisey.in a movie theater that is a different story

it is the stank of the baby that bothers me more. keep that child shiny and clean.

Penn State has the same policy. So we bought an extra ticket. However at the gate, they did not care.

according to the article (if anyone bothered to read it)  their logic is that its not the space the actual kid takes up.  but its all the diaper bags, food, etc that is carried along with the baby.  i completely agree with this policy.  if i was at a packed stadium i would not want the person next to me to have a kid in their lap and a diaper bag at my feet

kids do not take up much space and if they are under 3 that's ok

make them buy a seat after that

When Kansas football fans Owen and Lisa Foust headed to the Jayhawks' season opener last Saturday, they bundled up 3-month-old daughter Kate to go along.

But when they presented their tickets at the gate, they were told they would need an additional $35 ticket for Kate.

Wow, the Glazers surely are leading edge kind of robber barons...
