Watching the Fresno-Nevada game....Guy catches a pass makes the first down and runs out of bounds. The game clock does not start with play clock which I thought the rule was when you made a first down even if you go out of bounds. Does anyone understand this? Man these new rules absolutely SUCK!!! Games are barely 3 hours now, and man how does that change of posession/clock start just kills any hope a team may have for a comeback. I like the new rules and think they will benefit USF in games THIS YEAR. Lets give them a chance to see how they work before we love or hate them.
