According to U of L Athletic Director Tom Jurich, the conference's upcoming deal with the ESPN family of networks could be one of the most impressive deals in college sports history. The league's 16 teams are housed in 13 of the Top 50 media markets in the nation, including millions of TV sets in the Northeast corridor, a prime advertising venue for many companies.
