Transfer Rascatti ?

Not to be pessimistic but USF will not have 10000 spring game attenders until the Bulls win back to back national championships.  There is just to much to do on a 75-78 degree, sunny, spring afternoon in April in the Tampa Bay area.  Such as golf, beach, NHL playoffs, boating, jet skiing, fishing, Little League, outdoor basketball, MLB.  Compared to the great metropolis of Louisville, KY where the sun has probably come out 12 times since Halloween.  There is no comparison.

I disagree to the extent we need to win back to back NC's.  Give me one and you will get 10k out there, heck if it wasn't Easter Weekend you would have probably had at least 50% more than what was out there.  I was going to take my son, and three of my buddies were going to do the same.  We had plans to go to lunch, then go in the game, and allow the kids to have the run of the stadium.  Unfortunately once we realized it was Easter Weekend a few of us had things that interfered, and the other guys choose not to follow through.  I know more like us.

It's baby steps, but if we happen to win a NC, or go to a BCS game, you'll see some dramatic changes in support overnight.

I'm in the same boat as Bien, i didn't realize it was easter until the week of the game.  Definitely disappointing... was planning on going all along.

i would rather give spot to a top frosh stud next year if JUlmiste doesn't pan out

if he does ,rascatti wouldn't transfer because he wouldn't play.

i don't think it is a good fit. Had he comein this year to compete for a starting position I would say ok.

but he can't play for 2 years.QB position is too important to depend on transfers

According to one Louiville poster, Rascati is transferring to James Madison, but there is no confirmation yet.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
