I think the big reason that Bulls fans are for the Monday game are: 1) National exposure, and 2) playing in the Florida heat will help the Bulls.

will the heat help us?  remmember alabama game?

why is it different now?

It's different because the Alabama game taught our staff not to rely on the players to hydrate on their own.  I imagine they'll be do that starting 2-3 days before the game.

i don't think our players have been that well conditioned for a while.

was home winning streak due to talent level, conditioning,or both

humidity in middle of a state is different than humidity by water some will say

we were in bad condition against bama.that is on coaches not players

The players will be ready, because our staff learned from 'bama.

Go BULLS !!!

To try and back-up my reasoning for saying the heat will help us is that Pitt will not be used to it and our talent level will be more equal.  Against Bama, we played well until our No. 1s got tired and our 2s were not the same caliber as their 2s.  therefore we could not rest them and they ran out of gas. If you saw the game (Bama) we played pretty even until they started putting in fresh faces. That is when the wheels fell off. My humble opinion.

The conditioning we do during the winter-spring-summer is pretty intense to say the least Smazza. Sometimes, the heat just gets the better of ya.

Sherff- I agree.  I have watched you guys do 20 cross fields.  If that don't get you in shape nothing will.

Those cross-field days are long and done thank God! Hopefully your son will run a couple extra for us to keep us mentally focused on this board!

in bama we were dropping from early in the first quarter

and i think it was jr reed that made that bad play of trying to run a kickoff  out instead of letting it go into end zone and downing it.
