not overrated... except Seton Hall maybe.

CUSA & Big East used to get about 11 bids between the two conferences.   Now they are combined and they get 8 (plus UAB & Memphis in CUSA, so 10 total out of the teams in the old conferences).

Nothing wrong with that and the Big East will represent.

I don't see Georgetown beating Ohio State, especially in Dayton. The other 4 are certainly winnable.
