Why is this relevant to the USF board?

Well, because alot of you out there were asking who could possibly be in the market to replace Rod Smith?

How about a 29 year veteran who used to coach @ Miami in the early 90's, and had his hand in coaching toretta, culpepper, and other big name players?

Could we have gotten him?  Who knows.  We didn't even try.  Sad, because last time I checked, we don't actually HAVE an OC.

Still, like the recruiting class and every position outside QB at least.
