Thanks for asking :)

C-USA is a HUGE step up (even after the teams that left) from the Atlantic Sun conference.  You could make a case for it being a bigger step up than USF going from the old C-USA to the Big East.  Last year the big conference win would be to beat Gardner-Webb...this year it's #3 Memphis.  UAB, Houston and UTEP are not in the same league as Troy, Mercer and Stetson.
