UF has 1 4 star rb committed, and another in the wings with Mon Williams awaiting his SAT scores.USC is getting the number 1 RB in DeMarco Murray (more than likely)Nebraska and USF both are in need of a RB with McCluster waivering. I think its going to bed hard, but its not improbable.
Guest S. Bien
I am not as sold on Javarris James. I've seen enough of him to believe he's an excellent athlete, and good player, but he's no Edgerrin. He doesn't have the speed, wiggle, or nibble feet for his size like his cousin. He's probably the fourth best back just in SW FL.That's not to say I don't want to land Javarris but there's a few things many should know. He's had an injury plagued senior season, and some believe he might be hidding a more severe knee injury. Miami has Charlie jones, Andrew Johnson, an Derron Thomas waiting in the wings, and they've got a great shot to land CJ Spiller, or McCoy (two of the best RB's in the nation). Miami has gone lukewarm on Javarris, and told them they will be signing another RB. He's probably looking at that fact and thinking crowded backfield, and having to live every moment in The Edge's footsteps. I am not saying Javarris isn't a fantastic athlete, he is, amazing. Reminds me more of a Najeh Davenport type player. A guy that could end up at FB, or LB. Maybe at USF he would be a great big back, at Miami he's just one of many. For USF it's a fantastic snag, but I think winning Carlton Hill was the bigger message, this one is more of a disenchantment thing.

Good analysis Bein.
USFFan Posted December 16, 2005 Group: Member Topic Count: 95 Content Count: 585 Reputation: 7 Days Won: 0 Joined: 12/23/2001 Share Posted December 16, 2005 Sign with the other U, USF! Make a name for yourself as a Bull. Not really related to your post, CoralSpringsBull, but I haven't thought about Coral Springs since I was a kid in Hollywood, Florida in the 1970's. Coral Springs used to have these radio ads on trying to get people to move there that had this little jingle that started off "Coral Springs is a city..." It was on often, so everybody knew it. I played football for Hollywood West Optimist, and one year when I was about 10 (1972?) we had to go play a game at Coral Springs. For the entire game, they endlessly looped that damned jingle over the PA system at the field. By the time the game was over, I swore I'd never go back there as long as I lived. Over time, I'd kind of forgotten about it. Now, 33 years later, I've got that damned jingle going in my head again...Thanks (I think),USFFan
