No it was none of the USF commentators. I usually mute the tv and listen to Jim Lighthall and he would never call it that.

I messed up my own purpose regarding this thread by calling it the Foam Dome. I originally meant that USF has a state or the art basketball arena that they can use that to help lure great coaches. FAU had to hide theirs from Dusty May lol
