Jimbo was the offensive Cordinator at Cincinnati, before he left for LSU.  When Cincinnati fired Rick Minter,  Cincinnati offered him the job first, after he declined then UC hired Dantonio from Ohio St.

If you get Jimbo, he is a great coach.  If coach Leavit leaves, Good luck Bulls

Seeing how KSt is willing to offer Leavitt 3x's the amount he's making at USF, and how he has ties to KSt, it makes a lot of sense.

Yes but, it's a lot easier to drive down to Sarasota Booker to talk to a recruit than it is to fly in, rent a car and fly out.  ;)
