K-State was a 1 hit wonder . . . they will NEVER be near what Snyder did. He did an amazing job. He had the larger scholly limit. Now look at the past 5 years . . . and with new rules of no having private jets. How do you get to Manhatten, KS. One of the guys on SunSports brought these points up 2nite also.

hey, south carolina signed spurrier for $1.25 mil/year and he's arguably the hottest name in college football the past quarter decade or so.. if spur can sign for 1.25 mil, i think we have a shot at getting butch davis for $1 mil/year or so if jim leaves..

Thanx for summing it up for us . . . exactly the way I see it also.

I'll never forget a 45 second walk in a parking lot before one of the luncheons with "The Jim" ... just simple talk and he was actually calm - to a degree. You can see it in his eyes that he's very happy to be at USF.

And I'm sure Woolard came up to Leavitt recently and asked him about the KSU deal and leavitt replied, "You know how I feel, handle it because my staff and I are getting these players ready for UConn."

I just hope more are appreciative of what Leavitt does for USF Football.
