Below is also the first look at the lower level seating (upper level will have another 3,000 seats on one side.)

Throw in the new football stadium about 200 yds away...this will be a SWEET area to visit before any UCF Event/Concert/Game, etc...

You're right.  I'm just waiting for ZBC or smazza or something to talk trash about it.  It's really awesome that they are going forward with this and are starting construction.
