Interesting that UCF got 1 25th place vote in the Harris poll and USF does not appear.  That poll has had some bizarre issues and it counts 1/3 toward the BCS rankings.

AP does not count in the official BCS, so UCF is actually ranked in the BCS and we aren't. The Harris poll is pretty stupid sometimes.
