TO can't fight the suspension.  TO can't make the Eagles activate him.  TO can't force his way into the Eagles training facility.  TO is done for the year.  TO has been kicked off three teams in two years, including the Eagles where he manipulated his way onto.  Someone will take a chance, but he won't get anywhere near the money he could get.  Who wants to tie up $10million of their salary cap on a guy who might tear your team apart?

And why will the Eagles regret dumping him?  They sure as h*** aren't going to win a Super Bowl with him.  Their chances are a lot better without him.

Even if he wins his grievance, he still won't play the rest of this year.  All it means is no-pay suspension will be reduced.  The Eagles will still deactivate him.
