he would have no case because it is ALWAYS the coaches decision.  He could sit him looking at the coach oddly.  Just because he is TO doesn't mean he automatically is above the rules.

Coach could take him off suspension and put him in as the 4th string receiver and never let him see the field.  All the power is in his hands... not TO's

It seems that fighting caused his suspension in the first place. Maybe he should just shut up and play.

Hope the Eagles stand pat and treat him as the bucs did with MEshon Johnson.

it doesn't matter what is invested... the team comes first, and if he can't play by the rules, screw him... they have a rookie that looks pretty good taking his place.

Did you guys hear the Fox report on TO?   The dude got mad at Hugh Douglas, went out to his car to get his tennis shoes for traction, then came back and got into a fight with him.  I guess TO won the fight, more or less, then went around the clubhouse asking who else wanted a piece of him.  He called out a few players specifically, McNabb being one.

This goes a whole lot deeper than a few stupid comments in the paper.  I'd say it is very unlikely TO steps foot into the Eagles facilities again.

As far as the legality, Keyshawn was sent home after being far less of a distraction.

they might not have won one anyway with all the TO drama.

Someone will probably risk some money (AKA the Raiders), but most teams won't touch him with a 100ft pole after the way he has behaved.
