And use of the term "community" has a very liberal application as related to RJS.

I would agree with that... excpet that the CIT does pay for more than just debt service on the stadium...

Also remember the way that the Bucs sell season tickets: if you are a first time buyer, you have to give the Bucs a deposit equal to the amount of the tickets (in addition to the tickets) -- they pay you the deposit back over ten years, if you keep buying season tickets.  This is how they pay for their "part" of the debt service on the stadium.

So, it's not really a community stadium.  The taxpayers pay for half and the Bucs "pay" for the other half of the debt service.  We, the people, are co-owners.

Let's change our name to "Tampa Bay University", our colors to red and gold, and our mascot to some pirate theme.  Maybe that will halp
