It's official per email:

University Financial Services Presents USF-Pittsburgh Game Watch Party at Sun Dome

USF students and fans will be able to watch Saturday’s football game with Pittsburgh live on a giant screen in the Sun Dome. Admission and parking will be free of charge and the event is sponsored by University Financial Services,  USF’s Athletics partner in Student Loan Consolidation.

Entry 3 on the southeast corner of the Sun Dome will open a 1:30 p.m. and the game kicks off at 2 p.m. Sun Dome concession stands will be open. The day will be highlighted by appearances of the USF Sundolls and Cheerleaders.

I definitly give the athletic dept 2 thumbs up for this.  I know I'll be there, and prolly tail gaiting at the dome to give it a home game feel.
