I don't care about the game.  The 3 hours before that are 30, 40 and 45 for 3, 4 and 5pm.  Still good enough odds to take it outdoors.  If we were looking at 60 & 70% I'd be more hesitant.

Some in our group are getting to that point.  We assign food for the tailgates a week out so people go out and buy and prep. So if we don't do it at Ray Jay we do it at our house.  Portillo's is a good call for tailgating - when we're playing Illinois.
