Speaking of Bowls, and yes I know it is very premature to be discussing this now, but what the heck is the Meineke Car Care bowl and where is it played?  Is this the old Continental Tire bowl that has just been re-named?

Yes, this is the former Continental Tire Bowl, played in Charlotte, NC.

if we go 9-2 this season, we will win the Big East.

let's just keep the focus on Miami

as for me-- I will go to any bowl the Bulls play in-- no matter where or when it is held.

Keep your calendar free and be prepared to travel.  None of this "my uncle's next door neighbor is having a New Year's Party" or "my kids got a soccer game in the pee wee league".   (I have kids who played and I'm not being insensitive but one stinking game is irrelevant when you consider how many times they play throughout their "career".)  Screw that stuff.  Be prepared.
