When rating it, is it based on college productivity potential? Actualy physical ability? A combination of that and the mental aspect?  NFL draft potential?

22 would be very high for nfl draft potential (almost nobody here thinks hall would go first round), but if we're talking college productivity, that might not be high.  If we can get the 8th man out of the box with QB this year, hall could absolutely devastate some of the weaker teams on our schedule.

I agree it's amazing... and I love the publicity Hall will bring to USF... Hall will be on ESPN every week - win or lose...

If anyone doubts the power one great running back can have, just look at a little team called Pittsburgh, with a back names Dorsett... TD helped them win a National Championship in 1976.

Is Hall that good? Only time will tell.
