The SEC has six ranked teams. The ACC has five while the Big Ten and Big 12 have four apiece. Led by USC the Pac-10 has three ranked teams and Big East has two.

BTW, I believe NBE had highest ranked team but CUSA had more teams in rankings (including "others" category).

Thought that was interesting.

Well CUSA has 12 teams BE only has 8.

Whats even more interesting is that the WAC,MAC and MWC all have higher ranked teams that the highest CUSA.

All together

BE teams got 963 votes

WAC got 491

MWC got 123

MAC got 81

CUSA 35

I find it more interesting that a fan would boast about having more teams in the 'others receiving votes' category.

UAB got one vote, could be from Watson Brown, or maybe his bro Mack Brown.   I would hardly call that a sterling endorsement.
