A very good friend of mine is a HS Football coach in Miami.  He said Brent is pretty much a done deal for the University of MD.  Not a good thing to hear, Brent was good enough to overcome the awful promotion of Mr. Smith.

Hope you're wrong Harvey.

Fat Ralph Friedgen is a pretty **** good coach. I didn't know MD was in the running for Schaeffer though.

MD is one of about 10 schools Schaeffer is reported to have sent a release.
