USF TICKETS: Single-game tickets for South Florida's Sept. 10 home game against Florida A&M at Raymond James Stadium are now available through Ticketmaster.com. Tickets cost between $20-$29 each, and the matchup could challenge USF's first game against Kentucky Wesleyan in 1997 (49,212 fans) for the program's largest home attendance.

One group of Florida A&M fans purchased a lot of 500 tickets on Wednesday, the first day tickets were available, according to Tom Veit, USF's associate athletic director for marketing.

Anyone catch this from the link HowieP had to the SP Times?

NICKNAME: Marquette will not return to its former Warriors nickname but instead will change to the Gold, instead of Golden Eagles.

How stupid is this?  Why in the world would you change again? People confusing them with S. Miss?

I find it interesting that they have the third level ready for sale when necessary.  In the past on Ticketmaster, the third level never appeared as a location choice or in the pricing.  It is there in both places for this game, but you just can't buy it yet.  The pricing is both $20 and $24 so there is even a plan to charge for different sections up there.  I think this is great news.
