Stood outside my old dorms (Eta and Zeta). Marveled that a place could change so much, with so many updates, and still look completely rundown. It does not appear that anyone is taking any pride in the appearance of the dormitory part of campus...

They will be torn down in 3 months and replaced with the new high rise student village complex.

Yes, all over the place. Juniper-Poplar Suites and Magnolia apartments are on the west side of Campus, Holly Apartments and Maples Suites are across the street from Andros, and Cypress Apartments are on the north side across from the Greek village. Since they are so old and out of date... As well as being inefficient in terms of space. 1 hour ago, beastiebull said: So are they teraing those down as well? or just Eta, Zeta, Beta, and the other original dorms? Herpes has been around since ancient Greece: "Herpes Virus Infections have been prevalent as early as ancient Greek times. Hippocrates is known to have described the cutaneous spreading of herpes simplex lesions and scholars of Greek civilization define the greek word "herpes" to mean "to creep or crawl" in reference the spreading nature of the herpetic skin lesions." https://virus.stanford.edu/herpes/History.html
