    By the way, this season has so far ended that superstition. We have lost every game when playing with gold helmets; and our 2 wins come directly on white helmet days!

    Our fanbase should not accept mediocrity. We should beat both teams! At the least, play a decent game of football! Remember, Florida State didn't wait for Miami to become a package deal for ACC. We shouldn't sit back and allow UCF to reap all the benefits (because they will leave us behind). UCF doesn't owe us anything; and likewise, we should be looking to aggrandize our program further!

    Hey, as long as I defense can minimize mistakes and turnovers - we can hold it together. We can ONE UP UCF by never allowing Louisville to out pace us.

    Well, the game only leads to one conclusion. We MUST beat Louisville, and then we MUST beat UCF. I don't care what the odds are.. I thought we were going to lose to UC; and I was shocked. So, let's just win. BTW, this loss hurts us. Our opponent is going to be tougher AND UCF is now in position to dominate the AAC.

    Several months ago, I met a few UL Alumni in the Hyde Park area. They were really excited for our new coach and the turn around of our program. They also exclaimed that playing USF at home was always a tough challenge (especially last season). I will be rooting for Louisville tonight, because I have a lot of respect for their School, coach, players, and fans! That, and the same can not be said for their competition.

    That is an interesting point; and I honestly believe that USF basketball will be great this season. So, when it comes to conference expansion, I hope that our overall package (and not just football) will get us there.

    ESPN says first 2-0 conference start since 2003! I will take it! We have a bye week before Louisville, and it is nice to know that this isn't a winless season.

    Nice to be number 1; but it is a terrible list. It excludes people leaving the state AND penalizes school that focus in STEM fields. This obviously pushes UF towards the bottom.

    It is a great documentary... BUT, I resent the title of this thread. You should refer to the CBS American Greed documentary detailing the Shapiro era at University of Miami. If UM is real Florida football; then I do not want USF to mirror their values.

    Even if we don't win, I just want to see good football. I am sick of watching a weak offense that struggles to make a drive up the field.

    what other university, business, job etc. can you come into a good situation, crap all over it and keep your job. Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Mississippi State Legislature, etc...
