    This has always been a myth. In fact the year before it closed only four teams were making money. They realized after the one year shutdown the league could not generate revenue with its current model of paying big time saleries for spring ball.

    Same. First Super Bowl I remember was VII Dolphins vs Redskins. I attended XXV in Tampa and was in the endzone where Buffalo went wide right. In fact my face is visible in the NFL films shot of that kick.

    Love the city too just want my CFB on campus...especially against a Big10 school. This game will be played in a giant nfl stadium that will be 1/3 full...yes I see the irony... Pro baseball still a sport?

    I think what they are doing now is pissing off the establishment and this may hurt them if/when expansion happens latter. And if you believe that USF and ucf are tied together, their actions could also impact us. Not saying this is fact but the possibility is certainly there.

    What a waste of $ for those countries and a waste of time for the US. I get it they are trying to expand the game but come on really...oh well I guess the Russians used to say the same thing about hockey but Czechoslovakia’s and Swedes could give some competition.
