  1. lol.. being brand new season ticket holder (and only 2nd year for football) My selection is July 2nd As long as they have some decent seats in teh $99 section for my broke ass, I'll be happy
  2. Meh... I'd still hit it... I hope you're referring to the 2nd pic
  3. PDX Vikings FTW (Their abbreviation is PDX and not PSU... to avoid confusion ) They play in the Big Sky conference, and aren't very good And Smazza is still a putz, (as usual)
  4. Due to illness in the family: "Claire Lessinger's mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and Lessinger determined that spending more time with her family was most important, setting July 15th as her last day as head coach. A national search for Lessinger's successor will begin immediately." http://www.gousfbulls.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=7700&ATCLID=205438480
  5. If you ever read their message boards, especially when we used to play against them, or in their many losses to BCS teams... "USF was lucky to win the game We would have won IF <insert some fantasy here>" If became pretty comical
  6. That big open area is a vital parking lot for many USF students. You really want to get rid of it? Yes, I do. Less parking on campus helps encourage more people to live on campus/close to campus and use the Bull Runner. UF, FSU, and many other universitiies dont have near the amount of parking USF has. USF is attempting to shed it's commuter image. So if you are asking me if I would rather have a nice lush park that helps make our campus more beautiful rather than a parking lot, my answer is a definite yes. +100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 WTF? Where did you read they where planning to take out the parking lot anywhere in this plan? . The area they are talking about is the grassy area IN-BETWEEN the library and the parking lot...... I know they arent removing the parking lot If you read what I was replying to, it was that I much rather they reduce the parking lots on campus in order to have more greenspace.
  7. SWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTTT!
  8. FALSE We are in Florida.. We can do better. Arizona averaged 2,266 per game in 2010 (latest year I can find with complete info) We MUST expand to 2500!!! I was kidding by the way... On an interesting note... we were #11 that year (970/game.) Pretty impressive. Hope we can surpass that next year. But I do agree.. Its hard to be able to get to a midweek game at 5:00
  9. I agree with this 1000000000% To me... it makes it seem more like a diploma mill if anything. I find it funny that UCF'ers seem like to boast this stat. And they constantly claimed it would have benifited them regarding expansion. Which was incorrect (it was TV market, not class size that was the deciding factor)
  10. For general sports doc fans, this may be of interest. The series is currently a Groupon special for $40 I haven't seen them all, but the one's I've seen have been pretty well done.
  11. This is an important overlooked stat. Other schools have lacross, hockey, wrestling, swimming/diving For example, NC, who's #1 has 12 men's and 14 women's sports: Men's Sports Baseball Basketball Cross Country Fencing Football Golf Lacrosse Soccer Swimming & Diving Tennis Track & Field Wrestling Women's Sports Basketball Cross Country Fencing Field Hockey Golf Gymnastics Lacrosse Rowing Soccer Softball Swimming & Diving Tennis Track & Field Volleyball USF has 8 men's and 8 women's sports (sailing isn't under NCAA regulation.) As you stated, unless we were tops in virtually all of the sports that we do compete in, there would be no way to be near the top of the list
  12. lol Where else is there a weather delay because of... calm weather

  14. That was one of the main points the TV announcers were saying yesterday. Hofstra has, pretty much, only 1 pitcher... Shes AWESOME. But after that, the quality goes WAYYY down. Which is why they rely on her so much. Then they compared it to USF and how Eriksen develops a pitching committee, that while Nevins is our ace, they have 2 other pitchers they can safely rely on if anything goes wrong.
  15. SO... When do we start talking about the softball stadium expansion GREAT JOB TO THE SOFTBALL TEAM! Love the atmosphere... As people mentioned... having members of other sports here, and Judy G in on the cheering!
  16. Great job Bulls!!! Lets get one more today
  17. Um, ok. Miami having no interest to change conferences seems to be relevant to the current topic, IMO. Think he was referring to Bull94's reply to you
  18. I remember reading an article about a stadium being built in Allen TX for their high school. I believe the new stadium holds 20K. Compare that to the powerhouses in our area (Armwood, Plant, etc) which probably hold around 5K. Yup... $60 million for the High School stadium! ...UCF's stadium was $55 million http://www.businessinsider.com/check-out-this-60-million-high-school-football-stadium-in-allen-texas-2010-4
  19. Oh schnizzle.. http://floridastate.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1364755
  20. lol.. its cool. I don't get affected/upset by message boards. Its funny those that get pissed/upset off over what someone posts on an online board or take it personal. PLUS.. we're family (Bulls Country-wise)! How can we not try to jab each other???
  21. Yes. Only Gate A was open. But that was only part of the problem. The other problem was families deciding that just outside of the doors was the best place to meet up with graduates and take pictures. I had the same issue at last years graduation at the forum. +1000000 Plus STUPID RETARDED Frats/Sororities deciding to group together in circles right outside the forum entrance and do their dumb chants. So people would be forced to see/hear them I just walked through their groups and pissed some of them off. (This is from my graduation at the Forum) Dude, did a fraternity guy nail your wife or something? Your hate for social FRATERNITIES (not "frats") is apparent, so its funny how you judge every person the same based on a group they are apart of. Its ok man, you were an independent in school, nothing wrong with that. You just missed out on a lot of things. But saying people in fraternities/sororities are stupid and retarded? Ignorant. No. My GF is smart enough not to ever stoop so low. HAHAHAHAH Your ignorance... great comedy Oh.. and re-read my post... I didn't say all frats were stupid. I mentioned SPECIFICALLY the ones that decided to stand right outside the main exit of the forum, where there was no room and security/forum workers were telling everyone (including them) to move and not block the exit. Yet they decided to do so. so yes.. THOSE FRATS/SORORITY groups were STUPID/RETARDED for doing so.
