  1. money is funny. Billy Taggart logs a cool 50k bonus for leading his team to a bowl game this year. nice little cash injection to the bank account, rite?
  2. only semblance of real tradition in this program. i support 'the flamingo'. drop the 'war' part.
  3. http://espn.go.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/_/id/144391/asiantii-woulard
  4. how about the three straight calls for QF designed run on key 3rd and (mostly) longs, none of which we converted. doubts in QF reliability through the air, or just poor offensive scheming?
  5. QF shifts to lock-down db, AW/Mack commanding the back field. right? really though, QF performance in the next two games should be a true indicator of his development, now that the squad is operating from a confident plane.
  6. http://www.stream2watch.co/sports/football/temple-vs-south-florida-live-stream-november-15 make sure your ABP is enabled.
  7. while were at it wit the novel thread material, think someone from usf CoB could photoshop a feasibility study onto a satellite image of papa john's stadium campus?
  8. Game is hardly watchable. Peewee brand of football from both squads. When you tune back and forth between USF v UCONN and a big time football match, its like seeing 2 different sports. Even if we come out strong in the 2nd half and notch a W, maybe grab 2 more wins with SMU and UCF, Willie's got to go. He's not the future of this program.
  9. I'd support the Schiano hire, though from an X's/O's standpoint I'm sure there are better fits available in the P5 OC/assistant coach pool, no? That being said, two glaring issues I'd like to get feedback on: 1) how could Schiano possibly overcome the public/donor relations rift in TB community? from a political standpoint, wouldn't Harlan really be hanging his neck out on a controversial hire like this? also, he's essentially deciding our program's fate with this hire, as there's no column on the scorecard for a 4th strike. 2) why would we bring on another coach whose offensive philosophy clashes with the playing style of our athletes? Either way, the crux lies in extracting maximum value from the Woulard/Mack backfield.
  10. MD proving superior in another, "Whose offense sucks less?" sort of game.
  11. 0 effort from the TE on that fade. SOFT. played like he was alone over there going for the ball. wack.
  12. i dont recognize the jabroni on the left, but that would be a hilariously bad ass photo if it were just bill tags n hulk.
  13. best to revise my word choice. i think my point would have been better served with "raw talent", or "highest potential for upside" at helm in program histroy. were talking former HS underarmour MVP at QB here, amirite? however this shakes out, i've always been in the flower/mack corner..
  14. can't even fathom how nasty a woulard/mack backfield could be. easily the most athleticism we'd ever have stacked at the helm. wake me up if this becomes a reality. let's hope Power-Run-Billy is sent packing by 2016, and asiantii can be developed by a legitimate HC. BillyT still yet to prove he can develop offensive talent any better than that ol'honk skip.
  15. if they were able to have kept doors open for even 1 more year to let the surrounding off campus housing dev catch up, that place would have absolutely blown up. shame, not a watering whole to be found in stumbling distance on fletch. Mr Dunderbak's is 1.5 miles from the norther dorm clusters on campus. It's minimally closer to the off campus housing just north of Fletcher. i couldn't be any more aquainted with the location of the brightest blip in USF's dull drinking scene. in continuation of this discussion, greenery was practically visible from the andros complex. honorable mention to copper top for holding it down in the close-proximitiy category. sad state of affairs for the bar scene surrounding campus... still bitter about it.
