Nice. Wish we didn't have to wait for the home opener. Also wish I was more excited to see this team in person lol. With the next 4 coming against FSU and UCF, that home opener against Toledo will be a sight for sore eyes.

I'm thinking of doing a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at USF. Where are you going to do "planning school?" I'll be at either FSU or UF. Already got into FSU but I'm still waiting on UF's decision. I don't really have a preference on either one, as both will provide me with what I'm after and are top 25 Planning departments according to Planetizen. USF's program is now in the brand new "school of public affairs", which will include the MPA program. It's definitely still in its infancy, but the professors that teach in the program are mostly people I have had for undergrad coursework and I can say I've enjoyed my time with them. Also: the job market in planning is a bit iffy right now, and entry level jobs can be tough to obtain. I'm a realist about things, but I'm also optimistic because I'm a bit more diversified in my goals as well as background. If you have anymore questions feel free to shoot me a message... I've done my homework on this stuff and have met with various faculty across the state so I have some knowledge on what's going on out there.

Yeah, it would have been such a prime location for something like a sandwich shop, burrito place, etc. It would have been able to pull from all the kids at Sterling, 4050 lofts, Avalon, and these new places, plus the andros area of campus. A real missed opportunity.

Jeff Vinik has put about 50 million dollars of his own into the Forum. The Lightning also have sold out their first 4 home games this year and have seen attendance skyrocket since Vinik took over. It's amazing what good customer service can do.
