  1. DE has been a liability. Don't know if I've heard Vincent Jackson's name called once this year.
  2. What's next for me? I get to the watch the Noles play again next weekend. It's parents weekend in Tally and my son is a freshman there. Once game is over we're heading to a sports bar to watch Bulls take on Cinci
  3. I don't think FSU beats Clemson and Miami may beat them too.
  4. I wish Woodie would come down to the sideline. He needs to look these players in the eye.
  5. I would like to see him get some more playing time. Seems like he has a bit of nasty streak to him which is something this D is soarly missing.
  6. I over heard 2 or 3 FSU fans near me say they like and pull for USF except when they're playing FSU. We're like option B with most of our fan base. I bet some of those same people wearing FSU gear will show up with Bulls gear next time. I'm a pre-football alum and always loved the Gators and even went to post graduate school there for a while. I followed their recruiting, listened to the coaches shows and even had season tickets for a while. But when USF decided to field a D1 program, I went all in with the Bulls. I went to the game at the swamp in 2010 in all Bulls gear. I just don't understand some of these people that can't let go.
  7. And a first year DC that appears in over his head.
  8. To put things in perspective. FCS Charleston Southern held the Noles to 196 rushing yards on 36 attempt and Cook had 83 yards on 11 carries with half their team suspended. Woodie is in way over his head. Gave up 550 yards to Syracuse and now 650 to FSU. The talent on defense is not that bad. It's coaching. Also, The D seems to play with a lot less energy. TA brought that energy to the sidelines. So far, I haven't seen a lot of juice from the D. Unfortunately, I believe this horrific D will keep USF from reaching it's goal of a conference championship. Hope I'm wrong.
  9. This. Our DL recruiting in the Taggart era has been poor. Calloway and Senat were decent gets but off the top of my head I can't think of anyone else. OL & DL talent is what separates good teams from average teams. It's a lot easier to recruit skill players than the big uglies. I feel Taggart has done a decent job with OL recruiting but DL has been below average. Taggart looks to recruit offense first, while CJL always seem to recruit towards the D. Skippy just didn't recriut. Also, the identity of Bulls football used to be nasty D and under Taggart our identity has become a high scoring O and all the D needs to do is slow down the other team and we'll out score them. Well, that doesn't work against better competition. What scares me is that Woodie is a Taggart buddy. I hope if it gets to a point where he needs to make a change at DC he'll do it. On to AAC play. Go Bulls!
  10. Yeah. It looked terrible in there. The only section that was all Bulls was the student section. And then you throw in the empty red seats and it looked like an FSU home game. So many people in my section sold out. Very disappointing!!!
  11. And saw the bowl game highlighted was the 2007 Sun Bowl. Yikes. Hope that's not an omen.
  12. Thanks Brad for this awesome site. I've spent a lot of time on here, truth be told probably too much time. I've playing for free long enough so I just threw some money in the kitty. Go Bulls!
  13. Congrats man! I'm one of the old timers from the pre-football days. Glad to see the young uns taking ownership.
  14. Pulling for SMU, ECU, UConn and of course the Bulls to notch a few more P5 wins.
  15. Q-stick needs to bring his A game for us to have a chance.
  16. And when they graduate I hope they feel more connected to the program and attend games and contribute what they can. This is how you build a fan base.
  17. We get more respect from the national media. All 5 in the TBT picked FSU and the local big douche on his radio show said he wasn't worried about FSU beating the Bulls and said the Noles would cover.
  18. In this morning's TBT in the college picks section, all 5 picked FSU and they had the game as a 5 point spread.
