    First thing is to fix the tackling fundamentals, field spacing and the pursuit angles. We'll be 100 yards and 7-10 points a game better just by fixing that.

    We were ranked and we won. Several teams around us in the rankings lost. FSU won last night and will end up in the top 10 but the Temple loss looks worse. All in all we'll probably be between 18-22.

    Had the subsequent fumble been advanced for a touchdown by SC then it would have counted. Once the play was over, regardless of possession during the play by USF, the game was over. Otherwise they would have gotten a second possession in the first overtime.

    The safeties were maybe the most atrocious part of an atrocious defense. Jancek should be the first one to go. Mathies could stay but that's about it in my mind.

    Not sure about the angst. When USF plays the SEC since 2005 it goes to overtime. And we win.

    Defense has a lot of blame but they did get 4 turnovers. Our offense did not do anything second half.

    First half TJ Weist should be kept on staff. Second half TJ Weist should walk back from Birmingham.

    Our defense; Wilcox fumble; failed onside; Nigel Harris penalty and a turtle offense. And here we are.

    Well only one of those two can be fixed today.
