    We lack talent definitely but not sold on the OC and DC we have. Seen little to no adjustments made these last games. Effort is definitely worse these last 2 games which is very troubling. The offense or lack of one in first half is a big part of why this team has sucked...ultra fast 3 and outs will kill any defense. I think most people's frustration isn't Golesh but Kelly in hiring not an established HC but another first time hc. So we gotta go thru this all over again with a new coach. Meanwhile FAU is pulling away from USF.

    Memphis and UTSA legit could put up 70+ on us.

    I think they can play 4 games and still can be redshirt. Not sure why we waited till 4th.

    Nobody should be redshirt...I prefer we sit the seniors not producing and just let the fresh and sophomores get more time. One plus end of year is more of Scott's players leave the program.

    How I feel about USF football...I've gone this far we will take this to the very end..which for my sanity maybe program just does need a UAB like reset.

    We hire bad AD that hire bad coaches. It all starts at the top.

    Ha I mean its one thing slowing an offense that that scores touchdowns... but slowing down an offense that just goes 3 and out might actually be the smart move.

    Yea the 3 and outs in record time kill your defense. We need to eat up the clock and this OC has absolutely no clue...I think it's his first year also.

    With this Swiss cheese defense and predictable OC...no unless something drastically changes.

    He is Russian Scott with more confidence. I'm not even mad at Golesh...we needed a hire with experience. Kelly needs to be axed.

    Exactly....it's the coaching and for some reason effort is down. We aren't losing cause the players didn't wake up right or eat all the veggies the day before. Wish media ask him ..so what can he say about process this past week that was off. He said they practiced well this week pre game. Something is way off.

    Cause we hire bad coaches Scott...and one learning on the job. Hopefully he figures things out we can't afford for him not.

    Same old crap in presser....team now is as bad as Scott these past 2 games. Golesh is broken record with process. Maybe your process needs adjustment cause other teams have figured you out.

    Yep you were right on this. An ocs now is the equivalent of a bandaid on a person bleeding out. Not to say an ocs shouldn't be done in future...but we need a smart AD making these decisions. We don't have that right now.

    Put me down for hold the ocs. We have serious athletics issues and we need a real AD at the helm.

    This offense is getting easy to shut down...clog up the middle and stop BB running and take away deep pass.

    He should have have been fired along with Scott. Any other program would have done same...no accountability at USF athletics.

    I don't understand why the team is looking worse not better this late in season that's most upsetting about what we are watching.

    That's all on Kelly he screwed that one up. Another failure on his part. Maybe CAG does work out but we need faster turnaround...not a coach trying to learn on job also.

    It's year 1 he gets a pass if we don't seriously look way better year 2 I don't want to see this go into year 3 like we did with Scott. But Kelly for sure should be let go. Guy is clueless as an AD. We needed an experienced HC and he went first year again.
