  1. No need to be down on this team at this point. Saturday we get to see how much character they have. All that the FSU game showed me is that we aren't ready to compete consistently with top 10 teams. We definitely look the part of a Top 25 team at times and can certainly win the rest of the games on our schedule. 10-2 or 11-1 here we come!
  2. USF just returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown. Great job Adams! 7-0 Bulls!!!!
  3. So were there a few buyers that purchased entire 24 ticket rows? Maybe a large Seminole Booster group? Because, best I can tell, Ticketmaster limits purchases to 14 per order. Just seems strange that so many full rows are available on the FSU sidelines.
  4. Back on topic....something very odd that I saw on Stubhub....entire rows of tickets are for sale at around $35 to $50 each. I have a strange feeling USF is dumping the upper level inventory on Stubhub at a marked discount so that they can still get the poor sap who tries to buy tickets through Ticketmaster. http://www.stubhub.com/south-florida-bulls-football-tickets-south-florida-vs-florida-state-9-24-2016/event/9522971/?mbox=1&rS=6&abbyo=true&sliderpos=true&qtyq=false&dUpg=false&sort=price+asc
  5. Sellers are panicking. FSU loss and the noon kickoff really crushed the market.
  6. I would disagree with this. If Oklahoma ends up winning the Big 12 convincingly and Louisville's only loss is to Houston, I don't see a scenario where Houston is kept out of the CFP, especially if they beat an undefeated or 1 loss USF in the AACCG.
  7. I guess i needed to put TOTAL SARCASM prior to posting that.
  8. USF has taken much better steps this time to prevent that from happening. I could be wrong, but I hope not.
  9. If we allow 30+ my confidence in a USF win begins to drop dramatically with each point allowed.
  10. You should have close to 12,500 USF students there alone, that would just mean 27,500 "other" fans, and we typically get another 22,000+ non-students out there for a no-name opponent in a down year, so I expect slightly better than 40,000 USF fans. Remember, the Noles will be mixed in throughout the stadium, so it will make it seem as if though there is more of them than there actually are.
  11. I'm thinking 42,500-USF 20,000-FSU split. I think there will be about 2 to 3 thousand upper level tickets left unsold.
  12. Those are Bloody Brians and they don't taste as good....although my blood usually has a pretty good alcohol content! On game days usually around 50 proof!
  13. Not for Syracuse, but we will have a phenomenal Bloody Mary bar setup for the FSU game Saturday.
  14. This. To me, the magic number is 25. Give up less than that, we win. Give up more than that, probably a loss.
  15. I cut my finger last week while getting my cocktails ready for the Syracuse game, but I should be good to go on Saturday. How could I miss a ballgame like this?
  16. There in lies the point. Take the extra $80 to $100 million per year from the networks while it is available and worry about the next contract in 2025. No one knows what TV rights deals will look by then. A Bull in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.....
  17. I believe that Dillon and Wilcox will be very key factors in this game. With the threat of our running game, we hopefully use some play action, draw in the LBs and Flowers hits them over the middle. He has shown a proficiency in throwing the 15 to 25 yard pass down the middle to WRs and TEs.
  18. My concerns about this game: 1.QF's short passes and FSU blowing up any bubble screens 2. Lack of non-blitzing pass rush 3. Jacques Patrick scares me more than Cook. 4. FSU is going to play with a chip on their shoulder. I'm not sure if we win or lose, but I would never put a dime down on this one.
  19. Paul Finebaum is a big-eared, bald headed, SEC nut-hanger from way back in the day. His entire existence in life is based upon SEC football. He has to constantly put down other programs in order to try and elevate the SEC, which has been down as a whole the last two years if anyone has cared to notice.
  20. We are scheduled to play them December 31st in Atlanta.
