We will beat the spread barring any stupid turnovers, but take out the few avoidable STUPID penalties, and don't allow the silly very avoidable turnovers to happen (should have caught the ball but it gave Wisky the early birthday present & Just protect the ball by moving it to the other side of your body when you are going to challenge the tackle, and other early birthday present), & we actually would have played this game well enough to win! Lets see how they bounce back for next game! I saw lots to be happy about and build on!

We can win this game as long as we don't stop ourselves with costly and untimely penalties. Can't keep giving them extra yards they didn't earn nor extra downs when we should get the ball back!

Will the threat of Rain or Thunderstorms keep any of you away from the game? Do you think it will have a great, moderate, or minimal effect on the game's attendance? Partly Cloudy until 5 when a chance of scattered thunderstorms.

I know this is no good to those who have cut the cord, but Comcast has the game on CBSSN and CBSSNHD today. In my area, that's Channels 393 & 735. If I'm online at the time and in the chat room, and if people are ok with it, I will provide pbp in the chat room. I know last time I was a few plays ahead and in the "future", but for those who can't get the game online or on TV or on the internet radio feeds, it may be your only source of excitement and way you could follow the action.

All your hard work for both this university and TBP have certainly made you one of the favorites here. I am an admirer of your support and legacy you leave us with. Hope your next endeavor garners you the same level of respect, and higher level of success as you had with us. I'm sure you won't be a stranger to this board from time to time! I wonder if we can pin links to all the USF broadcast options somewhere on the board, or at least before and during each game? It would be a great help to the out-of-towners who would love to watch/listen to every game or at least the option to find the game each week. What say you?

Can't wait to get back to the days we have a competitive QB who leaves it all out on the field. Grothe may not have been the most accurate QB in USF History, but he was probably the most competitive and gutsy we've ever had. Hopefully soon we will be able to watch our USF Football games again without cringing each series with a letdown.

As for the Billion Dollar Bracket Challenge, It's only open to the first 15 Million registered entries. So the rest get the shaft and are playing for fun. As for the TBP challenge on ESPN.com, I'm in. I also think last year's group we did here is also active, and I think I entered that one as well.

We are leaving it all out on the court now. Haven't seen this much energy closing time in a long while.

Its interesting that people here like to insist that UCF isn't our Rival, as a matter of fact they insist that we don't care one bit what happens to UCF. However all I hear in this thread is that we want to tear down a fellow conference member in order to be a better university. If UCF wins or loses, it won't help or hurt our recruiting one bit. Most recruits are impressed by the Head Coach, the amount of playing time, the facilities, and the campus itself when they choose the school to go to. Our impressive NFL success speaks for itself when it comes to recruits. That being said, no one from UCF has ever wronged me personally, and I love seeing the success of other schools in Florida (not named University of Florida). Haters gonna hate, so why now turn the corner and be a good sports loving fan and root for other conference members especially if we have to be sitting home for the bowl games. Just my 2 cents worth

Basketball is about Scoring Runs and Scoring Droughts. USF usually plays to the competition quite a bit. I've seen great USF teams lose to the worst in the conference, and I've seen eh USF teams win against Tournament teams. Hate it when this board goes to the Dark Side, but it seems this has been happening a lot! No wonder why it has been a particularly silent time on here... Who wants to read all the negativity and not constructive criticisms or insghtful citiques? I miss the days of the "positive" & "smart" comments about our sports programs. I miss the days of the Ignore button for certain Dark Siders.

Proud of our boys. If anyone ever had even a tiny thought that this was going to be a successful season they must have been smoking crack. I am totally proud of these boys who won vs 9-2 maybe 10-2 or 9-3 'Natty with the handicaps we have. Taking it to 10-1 probably 11-1 maybe even 12-1 UCF..... This is our crap year, and EVERYONE knew it. Next year will be better, and the year after will be awesome. We all know it. Lets just let it take shape and then enjoy it when it happens. We will not lose recruits over this game nor this season. Have patience everyone. Good times ..... Great times are ahead. Just be thankful we aren't UF this year!!!

I love it when people are always down on our team. Like doom and gloom, even when we make good plays... Just let the game play out, and get excited during the game for the great plays... but don't go all psycho and bad mouth the team during.... wait till the results are in
