    I'm still astounded the amount of guys he was able to get to CHOOSE USF. Especially those that have one year remaining and could've picked ANYWHERE ELSE. Obviously we don't know how they will play together but we could look at this First Class as the class that turned it around.

    Look, unless someone decides to write an exclusive check for an OCS specifically, the finances aren't there and it's not going to happen. Even if the University could scrape the money together, it would only be out of NEED. There is no NEED as their is a state of the art facility 20 minutes south.

    He was getting the hype at the tail end of last season and definitely going into the bowl. We're so used to being disappointed as a fan base that I believe this year will be the year where it pays off. Q is a gamer and that offense is going to be money. The defense is where the concern should lie.

    Love the enthusiasm! Going on that quick run to start the year really helped this team build some solid chemistry and confidence. Yes it was against poor competition but that pushed this iteration of this team to 40+ wins. Every year the coaching staff gets better and the players get better. Looking forward to seeing which basebulls get drafted and what the recruiting class looks like. 42 wins is a hard act to follow and next year could be very important in showing consistency. I hope there is some starting pitching waiting in the wings because replacing Sanders won't be easy, especially if McC or Peter S go early. Yager got his first taste of starting yesterday if he is destined for a spot in every rotation.

    Is our attendance automatically going to take a hit because it's a 4pm game? Do we know that for sure? At this point the times are what they are, but it's not like 7pm were auto sell outs. I just don't get why someone would for sure go to a 7pm start but now won't because it's 4pm. Bring out the laundry list of excuses!!!

    Wow UCF goes 1-2-BBQ. Definitely drew the short straw in this regional; Auburn is way better than your average 3 seed and who expects to play the host in the elimination game?

    I saw her and Laura on campus once with huge smiles. Seem like great students and athletes!

    As a guy who works in events on campus I'll reiterate, events on campus don't schedule around football games. Student organizations, outside events and even public performances still carry on regardless what the football schedule is; even if the times and dates are set long in advance (and not the games that are flexed the week prior.) These events can involve students, faculty staff and locals. It's a wash to guess if they would otherwise attend the game, but not having games on campus means campus is open for other events with competing times.

    Yes. Only three teams had to feel that correct? USF, Cincy and UConn.

    Still it's much more likely if they can steal the game tomorrow and not have to win twice in a row after playing another game. I'm not entirely sure who starts after Peter, as it's likely Valdes pitches in some capacity. Is DJ done?

    Couldn't of asked for a better result. Only use two pitchers; the bats get their mojo going. Marist gave UF a scare, wonder if that makes them more focused or proved they are beatable.

    I disntinctly remember last year chooisng Hester with the caveat that Adams would overtake him with a monster season.

    Looking at Marist, you're not in Poughkeepsie anymore. Actually have a few cousins that went there.

    Yeah there are a lot of folks who are undercutting the RB and WR positions, but that's standard when you lose a program leading rusher and receiver in the same year. After watching the spring game and just knowledge of the roster I still consider the skill positions as loaded and our strengths. DJ is going to be a great RB1 and MVS/McCants(or Saloman)/Antoine will also be great receivers in this system.
