  1. I'm still very OK with this regional. Really didn't want to be paired in Tally as the Noles are on fire like something stupid. Gators are coming off getting thrashed by Arky and the bulls win against the gates showed some real offensive prowess. I understand it was against a seldomly used mid week starter who's normally a reliever, but still, it's mind over matter. The team knows they can win there now so there's no awe struck mental hurdle. Yes their starters are dynamite but still. Playing devil's advocate here. Do you pitch Phoenix for sure on Friday? Or do you feel very confident I hat matchup that you shake up the starters to get the steadiest hand against the gators? Granted as some have stated the starters haven't necessarily gone long into games regardless who is starting.
  2. And FSU is like stupid hot all of a sudden for no reason
  3. Haha yeah I meant to say "except football," but jumped the gun a little bit. Watching the other sports and having their tournaments/postseason run by the NCAA just feels so much more fair than the way football runs things.
  4. For sure but again shows how deep this conference is. It's not like there are a couple of solid teams and everyone else is bottom of the barrel. You're Eight seed (yes predicted to win it all at the preset) is playing for a championship in the tourny and has an RPI of 60ish. Every team except Memphis is in the top 75. I also find other sports fascinating with the way the championships go. Anybody has a chance. It's definitely fun!
  5. Actually yeah I would say this is a fairly exciting game as ECU could punch their ticket after being the 8th seed. UConn may be on the outside looking in but kind of fun thinking the AAC could put out five teams.
  6. I think I was the only one that said he was going to bolt and after taking some time I realized my rationale for saying it was pretty stupid. UCF has been consistently good all season in conference with their only conference loss coming in Tampa. It was more a shame for me to see this team come out so flat on offense, granted great pitching performance, after last night's loss. It just seems like the fire from earlier in the season has subsided. I thought maybe it was back after the Tulane comeback, but the last two games were a letdown. Still proud of the team for sure; their body of work was still plenty impressive and the season isn't over yet. Still think this is a mighty fine baseball conference, and if ECU wins the tourny maybe they send five teams.
  7. Yeah it's over. And Kingston probably bolts for another job too. Shame.
  8. Maybe the rank of contract? Seems fairly high in the ranking for a lower number though.
  9. I agree, was expecting AP to come in. I'm not sure if his IP on Tuesday was a factor though? The way the strike zone was squeezed it probably wouldn't have mattered. Again that's not an excuse, but I see a situation where someone else comes in and the same outcome occurs.
  10. I don't know what to expect but honestly feeling this team will be deflated after last night. I'm hoping they have a fire lit under them and Peter pitches another gem.
  11. Win tonight and we move up presumably?
  12. I may buy in this year. I honestly am debating between women's and men's (wish there was some kind of half and half package). But could do flexes too.
  13. Thats such a great edit. The colors behind him are great, wish they just lost the road and made it look like DJ was a charging Bull... aka his natural habitat.
  14. Is there any overall weight to winningthe tournament towards RPI? Or does I think just depend the teams that get beat along the way.
  15. This is what I'm thinking; they aren't just going to take into account the G5 school. They will take into account both at larges and find a good place for them. That is, both are possibilities and odds are the at large will be SEC/Big10/ACC.
  16. Fair enough. He's not the only one but didn't realize it was a gear grinder. Looking forward to that Tulane/UCF game. I believe the Knights are using their Friday starter.
  17. Looks like the C/Tulane game is postponed until tomorrow at 11am due to the weather.
