    I knew it was over once they converted the 4th and 24 play. That deflated the defense but must be used a teachable moment so they players understand its better to knock the ball down then going for a pick and giving up a big play. Also settling for the FG with 1:50 left when we hadn't kicked one the entire game when we easily could have was the decision one could point to as the turning point. Not sure why we didn't just go for it and if we don't convert at least we keep them around their 20 and with proper clock management we could have gotten it to to or if the defense forces a to we could have then ran out the clock and kick a fg with little to no time left.

    According to strong they ran the ball on 1st down with Houston stacking the box since that is what the defense was giving them. Wouldn’t it be wiser to throw the ball when they stack the box?

    Both sides of the ball sucked tonight. When the defense made stops the offense just went 3 and out and put them right back on the field. Special teams gave up the kickoff that gave them the ball at midfield with around 1:45 which the defense responded pretty well until the 4th down play. Charlie should have called a timeout as soon as Houston lined up. Im wondering if Charlie lost faith in the fg unit and didn’t use them until he had to. The red zone offensive playcalling has been bad all year and finally got us tonight. Our best bet is uf Grabs Charlie and we go get an upcoming offensive coordinator and let him bring in an offense that isn’t power run happy

    Even with Houston having 1 timeout make them burn it and now they don’t have a chance to draw something up on the 4th down play

    I was saying to myself when we started the last possession with 6:13 we should run 6 minutes off the clock before kicking a fg or scoring a td. That way we keep Houston off the field and don’t give them anytime to run more than one play
