Other than him kicking USF's arses, I never understood the hate for Sciano.

I think the incessant whining to the ref about THE play in that 2007 game is what endeared him to USF to us ...

Bucs hit the lottery with Schiano. Couldn't ask for a more upstanding guy... Amazing that you guys don't give him respect for turning around an awful Rutgers program.

All of my previous hatred for the man originated from "the play."

All of my previous hatred for the man originated from "the play."

And we really only have the refs in the booth, who became God-like in that they could judge the "thoughts" and "intent" of the players, to blame. Schiano didn't MAKE the decision, he was just pushing for the decision that would help his team win.
