The best way HC E.C. can help the program is by resigning and hanging up the cleats.  He just isnt getting the job done, and past adminstration was satisfied with the status quo and a marginal performance by the baseball team.  Hopefully results and accountability will play more of a factor with the new AD.   I am worried that his 750 career wins is a milestone that will prevent his firing.   How many conference championships are included in those 750 wins?  How many regional tournys?  How many first place finishes in the conferences we have played in?

What difference does that make to know that a change is needed for the baseball team. You don't need AD experience to know that a coach that hasnt produced a conference championship in over a decade is not performing to the standards.  If he is, then we need to up our standards and expect more conf. championships.
