After having season tickets for 25 years, I did not renew for Skip's last year. We had some real success his last couple of years, but that was due to our defensive co-ordinator, Greg Hudson, who is now linebacker coach at Florida State. Skip is the worst sideline coach I have ever seen in college football. Statements like, "I guesss I should have called timeout," aren't very reassuring when he has just thrown away games. As far as discipline, he doesn't know what the word means. Look at what happened to his son in high school after taking the job at USF. Also, our wins came from talent recruited by John Thompson, before he was fired. When Skip left, the cupboard was empty, the good players were in the NFL. I knew what you guys were in for when you hired him. I was among the few at ECU that wanted him to leave.

Ok. First Louisville fan, then Florida Atlantic fan, and now this. You know you have hit the absolute rock bottom when East Carolina fans are feeling bad for you.

ECU in 2010 had one of the worst defenses of all time in NCAA. I shudder to think that we are headed that way with Skippy in charge.
