This is the worst football team I have ever seen. Not saying there aren't worse, but I just haven't followed them.

I don't think that is fair. Holtz has done good things at ECU. He has coaching skills, maybe at this level, maybe not. It is starting to look more like maybe not. But he earned his shot, he may not have earned his extension, but he earned at least through this year and maybe next.

It means you deserve as hot at the next level. If USF hadn't hired Skip another BCS program would have, he was ready. It may turn out it he can't cut it, but he wasn't living of his dad's fame. He paid his own way in.

I guess I disagree, but that's fine. Only a school as dumb as USF would have given him a contract extension though
