Has an OSU offer in hand to go with 20 some others. Apparently academics will be a decision point. 247 with good local coverage gives him 4-Stars. USF is gonna be his First OV. He plays WR/CB at Gibbs.

Purdue offered last week and OSU offered this week...wants to visit Ohio State, North Carolina, UCLA, Rutgers and USF...favors UF and OSU followed by Rutgers, UNC, USF, UCLA and Purdue.
