Lake Gibson’s Devante Terrell Picks Up Offer From ASU

Lake Gibson defensive tackle Devante Terrell picked up an official offer from Arizona State University early last week, Braves’ defensive line coach Robert Whitaker said.

Terrell, a PolkPrep’s Super 16 selection, already has offers from Iowa State, Louisville, Central Florida, Memphis and Washington State. He also took an unofficial visit to South Florida this past Saturday when the Bulls hosted Ball State, another school that is heavily recruiting Terrell.Terrell has 16 tackles and one sack so far this season for the Braves, who are 1-1. Lake Gibson plays at Auburndale this Friday, Sep. 16.
