USF is after the CC transfer early. He is big fast. The competition for him will be pretty strong, With offers from AZ and ASU already. Was a CC All- American in his freshman year. Great on Blitz, sure handed tackler

Here's the bio on Bowman who might be the big time transfer recruit some have referenced lately. He winds up at #2 on the Rivals top JUCO recruits. Hope he remembers who was on him early.
