If I had the cash and could negotiate a good price I'd buy it in a heart beat.  I'd return it to a historic bead and breakfast, operate the fields with their original crops (peaches, pecans, and figs), and start up my future brewery on site.

It would be a world of fun to run a place like that.  Location gives a lot of marketability for the brewery.
