I emailed rivals to ask why they hadnt rated him. The recruiting coordinator emailed me back within 10 minutes and aplogized for not having him rated, said it was weird, and that he was going to get with the team on it

I e-mailed them a few times about him and they never responed.

In fact I started a thread "Why Can't Rivals rank Claude Davis who is enrolled" a few days ago and that didn't help.

He wasn't ranked earlier today, so I posted another message in his thread. I presumed he still wasn't ranked, but I guess in the meantime he has been because of you. They should have given him 4-stars, but to do that they'd have to change their JUCO rankings, and I guess they didn't want to go to the trouble.

I forget who I e-mailed about him. It was probably just a generic Rivals recruiting address which they provide for contact.
