i would think he would give coaches their titles when  he hired them not after

I'm sure they know.  They just haven't told anyone else yet.

One would have to believe that Vass is going to be at least Co OC since he left Miami (Ohio) as the OC after only one year

You people are concerned about the trivial things, who cares what the "official titles" are, as long as they, all together, produce a quality winning product on the field and not have a major mid season swoon.

That is from the head coach down to the water boy.
