It's just a sad situation for Leavitt.

Here's a guy who brought this team from nothing to national prominence. This is the kind of thing streets or buildings are named for.

Instead, it will take a long time to forget his transgressions, in the name of trying to continue building, so that he will be remembered for all the good he did for USF.

With that being said, it is time to move forward, with the great program he started, and take it to the next level.

Holtz will be good. I hope he keeps our assistants.
